The Dennis Union Church Auction & Bazaar will be held this year on Saturday, August 13. The Auction is a beloved tradition on the Cape — making the center of Dennis Village a destination for antique lovers and bargain hunters alike and helping our neighbors by raising funds to assist with the mission programs of the church.
The sale will commence at 9 am sharp when the church bell rings. The Bazaar will feature books, jewelry, sports equipment, household items holiday decorations, tools, furniture, and bargain tables where treasures of all kinds can be purchased. The Boutique in Fellowship Hall will feature fine china, crystal and collectibles and the Country Store will have homemade pies, jams and jellies, craft items and fresh produce for sale. Food offerings include burgers and hot dogs from the Grill Truck starting at 11 am.
The Auction portion of the sale will start at 10 am “under the tent” when antiques, paintings and other choice items are sold with a live auctioneer. In addition to the live auction on August 13, there will be a Silent Auction featuring items and services donated by Church members and local businesses that will go live online on August 8 and continue through August 14.
