Our Service of Hope and Light acknowledges that Christmas can be a difficult time. It can challenge us for many reasons like a recent personal loss, feeling depressed or separated from loved ones, memories of painful Christmases past, separation from loved ones; or a feeling of intense disconnection from the prevailing celebratory feeling of Christmas.
The service offers time and space apart from the hype of a commercial Christmas and an opportunity to experience a sacred presence amidst our lives which are sometimes awkward, uncomfortable and messy.
May peace be with you in this season of light and hope.
